By using fun4ponies.com you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which will come into effect on your first use of fun4ponies.  If you do not agree to be bound by all the following terms, please do not access or use the fun4ponies.com site.

Using fun4ponies

You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public or otherwise use the content on this site in any way other than for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any of the fun4ponies.com content except for your own personal non-commercial use.

Eligibility and Registration

The site is aimed at children who love ponies and want to learn more about them. 
Anyone under 18 years of age who is interested in ponies is eligible to join. 
The content is aimed at children aged 8 - 14 but may not be exclusively used by such children as the content may be applicable to slightly younger or older children. 
Children must have the approval of a parent or guardian to subscribe to the site.
Parents or guardians should provide true and accurate information to enable their child to become a fun4ponies.com member.  As part of the registration process you will be asked to provide a user name and password and you will be responsible for all activities which occur under that username and for keeping your password secure. 
We may refuse to grant you a user name that is vulgar, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.

Content from Members

We encourage you to post stories, photos and pictures of ponies and pony related activities.  These must be your own work or you must have written permission from a third party to post them to the site. 
You may not use fun4ponies.com for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.  You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, graphics, photos or any other content that you submit to the site.
We may remove any materials that we consider to be offensive, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or which infringes or violates any party’s intellectual property but we have no obligation to do so.
We do not have any obligation to check the accuracy or truthfulness of any materials.

By submitting material you agree to grant fun4ponies.com a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to licence and use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution world-wide.  We may also incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your contribution and in accordance with privacy restrictions set out in out Privacy Policy.
fun4ponies.com will not pay you for any contribution you post on the site.
You guarantee that materials you provide do not violate privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person. 
You agree to pay for all royalties, fees and any other monies owing any person by reason of any materials posted by you to fun4ponies.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

The names, logos, images and design identifying fun4ponies.com or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trademarks of fun4ponies.com and/or third parties.  You may not post, modify, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks or proprietary information belonging to others without obtaining their prior written consent.  fun4ponies.com respects the intellectual property rights of others.  If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement please contact us with details.

Internet access

fun4ponies.com is not responsible for any connection or cost involved for you to access the internet, the fun4ponies.com site or any of its sister sites.

Limitation of liability

Your use of the fun4ponies.com site and the way in which you use the information provided within it are at your sole risk. 
Under no circumstances will fun4ponies, its employees, subsidiaries, owners, agents, affiliates or managers be liable to you for any damage, loss or injury howsoever caused.

Buying Goods

We want you to be a happy and satisfied customer so we have tried to ensure that everything we sell is of the highest standard, is approved by reputable practitioners where appropriate and is environmentally friendly.  If any of the items fails to meet with your satisfaction we will be pleased to send you a replacement or a refund.

Delivery

On receipt of your order we will immediately pack and send all goods that are in stock so you should receive these within 48 hours.  Occasionally there may be a wait of up to 28 days for those items sourced abroad.  Items are packed with sufficient material to minimise the chance of damage but we hope you will appreciate our desire to minimise waste and accept that we will re-cycle or re-use packaging materials and envelopes. 

Payment

Using Paypal

You may pay for subscriptions or goods using Paypal.  You do not need to be a member of Paypal to use this service but you will need to use a debit or credit card to make payments in this way.
If you already have a Paypal account, you can also pay for your subscription on a monthly or annual basis.
If you do not have a Paypal account yet, and would like to pay subscriptions monthly or annually, just follow the instructions on the subscriptions page and you can easily set up a Paypal account from this website.

Paying at your own bank

You may also be able to pay money in at a branch of your own bank if you are in the UK or Europe.
